Ron AKA Super-Dad

While I was at girls camp Ron got to handle the kiddos for a few days. He noticed Callie's swim suit didn't fit quite right so he took matters into his own hands and busted out my sewing machine. Not the best sewing job ever but I am seriously impressed. He really is super dad sometimes.

Callie's Dance Recital

Callie had her dance recital this last weekend. I was so proud of her. As shy as she can be sometimes she does great up on stage.She was dressed up as a little Minnie Mouse so cute! I'm very grateful for her supportive Grandmothers who made time to come. I even forced them to get a couple pictures with Callie (sorry Joyce but you are too photogenic!) I know it meant a lot to have them there for her. I don't think that we will do dance again. I'm thinking gymnastics is more up her thing. I plan on enrolling her in a gymnastics class pretty soon. She asks me almost every day when she gets to start gymnastics so we are pretty excited.

April is walking!

May 17th April FINALLY started walking! I feel like it has been a long time coming. She discovered the taste of crunchy cheetos and we got her to walk for them. It was pretty cute. A couple weeks later when I got home from girls camp she had completely done away with crawling. so sad. On the up side I'm happy she no longer has dirty knees. Now if I could only get her to wear  and keep on her shoes...
