Mason's Birthday!

Mason turned 3 yesterday! CRAZY! When I asked him what kind of cake he wanted he replied: "A SCHOOL BUS CAKE!" He loves school buses. When we are driving around in the car he is constantly yelling, "Mom! Look a School bus!". It's so cute!
So I made him a school bus cake. Don't look too close it's a little lopsided (The School bus looks like it got into a fender-bender!)
I couldn't get him to look at the camera, he just kept counting the windows and turning the bus. (In the bus windows I put pictures of family and friends.)

We decided to do a small family and Friends party at the park to celebrate Mason and Noah's Birthday's (Noah's b-day is on the 14th).

Mason LOVES the Happy Birthday song. (He's had some practice since Ron's B-day was just 5 days ago.) I love how he sings to himself!

YUM!
This is the one and only present he opened at the party! He wouldn't open his presents he just wanted to play on the playground THE WHOLE TIME!
Seriously, he had to open the rest of his presents at home!

Ok. So, making Pinata's is VERY time consuming! I feel bad for Mason's friends and cousins. He is good at taking "turns"... but "his turns" were a lot longer and more frequent then everyone elses turn. He kept saying "Ok! My turn!". What a goof!
Ron did a great job manning the Pinata!

In my family we have a tradition were the baby gets to crawl into their birthday cake on their 1st Birthday. Noah's cake crawl was very surprising, especially considering the kid is ALWAYS hungry, NEVER turns down food, and usually not shy!
